Bulaniki

Bulaniki is built large and muscular, his round face perched on a short neck above a heavy brow, a rounded nose, and thick lips. Black hair covers his head, and a black goatee sits on his chin. A striped, lace-up shirt makes up his usual attire.

Violent and greedy by nature, he and Bulototo exploit his own wanted status as bait, drawing in unsuspecting bounty hunters before springing a trap. Once his first bounty climbed to three million Berries, he grew enormously proud and loudly declared himself a genuine pirate to anyone within earshot. He fights with a cutlass and handles it skillfully, yet the brothers fall easily to the Straw Hat Pirates.

Bulaniki raises his profile through a series of petty crimes, nudging his bounty upward until it reaches three million Berries, then partners with his brother to ensnare hunters and earn Bulototo a price too. The Straw Hats first run them down while the pair work Nanohana's Eastern Highway, taking the reward. Escaping a prison ship, they flee to Water 7, where the price rises to five million before the crew catches them once more. Both land in Impel Down, stay through the mass breakout, then spend two years under Buggy's Delivery.

Word of Luffy's exploits in Dressrosa draws them there to thank him, but a reactivated bounty turns the Straw Hats against them before they can explain. Handed to Margin and escaping yet again, Bulaniki sees his bounty jump to a hundred million; the brothers return to Dressrosa for revenge, blunder into a trap, and resolve to assume Margin's intermediary role. Within a Water Seven Memoria, the three siblings, he, Bulototo, and Bulmatte, instead run a hire service for Yagara Bull, nicknamed the 3 Bull Rental Brothers, and they support the uprising against Cipher Pol before bringing the rescued Bulmatte to Iceburg's mansion.
