Appearance
Bulmatte takes the form of a Yagara Bull patterned with dark stripes. A two-seat carriage rides on its back, the seating coming in red, grey, or blue depending on the mount. Its own coloring likewise varies, showing up in yellow, green, or pale blue.
Personality
Because Bulmatte is always shown bundled in with the other rental bulls and never singled out, no one of the animals can be pinned down as Bulmatte for certain. What is clear is its place in the brotherhood, working hand in hand with Bulaniki and Bulototo and grateful enough toward its rescuers to repay them with a ride.
History
Inside the Water Seven Memoria where Iceburg has been arrested, Bulmatte helped operate a Yagara Bull rental shop alongside Bulaniki and Bulototo, the three of them known collectively as the 3 Bull Rental Brothers. When Cipher Pol seized every bull in the city, Bulmatte was hauled off to the sewers and left under Rikaon's guard with the rest of the captured animals. Its brothers and the Straw Hat Pirates eventually freed it, and in thanks it carried the crew to Iceburg's mansion. Notably, Bulmatte stands as the sole character whose entire existence is confined to an altered Memoria.
