Bulototo

Bulototo shares his brother's hulking, muscular frame, the same round face on a short neck, jutting brow, rounded nose, and thick lips. His hair and goatee are grey. He wears a lace-up shirt striped in white and blue, cinched with a dark blue sash.

Like his elder brother, Bulototo is brutal and money-driven. The two stage minor crimes meant to attract bounty hunters chasing Bulaniki's reward, then snap the trap shut. He proves competent with a cutlass, his weapon of choice, though neither sibling can stand against the Straw Hat Pirates.

On the Eastern Highway the Straw Hats challenge and beat the brothers, claiming Bulaniki's reward. The two slip off a prison transport and flee to Water 7, where a raised five-million bounty circulates and the crew downs them again. Locked in Impel Down until the breakout, they then spend two years serving Buggy's Delivery.

After learning what the crew did in Dressrosa, they abandon Buggy and set out to thank Luffy face to face. Their revived bounty spreads across the island, the Straw Hats hunt them again, and the brothers are defeated mid-explanation and turned over to Margin. Escaping the next transport, they double back to Dressrosa for revenge, watch the Straw Hats stumble into a trap laid for them, and choose to take up Margin's go-between role. In the reshaped Water Seven Memoria, Bulototo instead runs a Yagara Bull hire stand alongside Bulaniki and Bulmatte, the trio dubbed the 3 Bull Rental Brothers, backing the revolt against Cipher Pol before guiding the Straw Hats to Iceburg's mansion.
