Appearance
Broad across the shoulders with tanned skin and a notably large chin, Busshiri had small round eyes and wore his black hair in dreadlocks. His outfit was a white shirt reading "Bomb" worn under a yellow jacket, and a black pen rode in the jacket's left chest pocket beside a red and a blue one.
Personality
Busshiri was a deeply committed scholar, the sort who lingered behind to help sink books into a lake in the hope of saving them. Like the rest of Ohara's researchers, he showed warmth toward young Nico Robin.
History
As an archaeologist of Ohara, Busshiri can be presumed to have possessed the skill to decipher the Poneglyphs, and records describe him as accomplished in his field with a specialty in the history of bombs. After the World Government branded Ohara's scholars "demons" for studying the forbidden stones and accused them of trying to destroy the world, Spandine ordered a Buster Call down on the island. Busshiri died when the Tree of Knowledge burned, remaining inside it to rescue as many books as he could as the flames took the island.
