Chameleone

Bright pink, puffy hair and a long pink tongue make Chameleone hard to miss. He throws on an open, ankle-length jacket in rainbow stripes over green trousers, secured with an oversized black leather belt, and the coat's lining flashes the jolly rogers of crews he has beaten. His lean but toned frame shows beneath the jacket, while a chameleon-styled green helmet fitted with orange goggles sits on his head. A tattoo reading Give Me spans his stomach, and he finishes the look with gold earrings and a gold chain off his belt.

Selfish and grasping, Chameleone bends and bullies others to serve himself. He treats collecting defeated foes' jolly rogers as a pastime and an insult rolled into one. A severe allergy to animals undercuts his menace, and he laughs in his own distinct way, a grating Gijigijigiji.

Chameleone ate the Kopi Kopi no Mi, a Paramecia Devil Fruit that grants him the power to copy another Devil Fruit user's abilities. Long ago he wormed his way into the Whitebeard Pirates, killed several members, and broke away, drawing Marco into a hunt for him. Backed by Admiral Kizaru, he later conquered Samba Island and terrorized its people until the Straw Hats intervened. He slipped aboard the Thousand Sunny to steal their flag and copied Luffy's form to attack Nami and Usopp, but Chopper's approach triggered a sneezing fit that reverted him and exposed him. He turned into Smoker to chase Luffy and then Ace once Marco joined the fight, only for Chopper to set off another fit, leaving Luffy and Marco to defeat him and free the island. Sent afterward to Impel Down, he reappeared in the 2019 show as part of Balzac's Prisoner Unit.
