History

As Minister of Finance, Noisette holds sway over Kinko Island within Totto Land, and his officer rank in the Big Mom Pirates puts lower crewmates under him. His will is firm enough to remain conscious through a burst of his mother's Supreme King Haki and her loud scream. A Walker was handed to him for the assassination attempt, and the anime arms him with a lance fitted with two scythe blades joined into the shape of a 3.

He attended the tea party and the wedding of Sanji and Charlotte Pudding, where he joined Big Mom's plan against the Vinsmokes. As the scheme unraveled with Pudding's breakdown, he was stunned to see Luffy erupt from the wedding cake and watched Jinbe walk away from the crew, amazed by the fish-man's nerve as Big Mom failed to drain his lifespan. After Perospero bound the Vinsmokes in candy, Noisette and other crewmates trained their guns on them, only for Big Mom's scream to incapacitate the group and let the Straw Hats free the captives. Once the crew rose again he fired on the Vinsmokes a second time, but they had donned their raid suits and shrugged off the bullets. When the Tamatebako blast brought down the Whole Cake Chateau, he lost his footing and fell with it, saved when Streusen turned the crumbling castle into soft cake.
