Charlotte Panna

Panna stands tall, framed by long hair of a reddish-pink shade. Large round eyes set off by long lashes, prominent rounded ears, and notably long arms and legs give her a distinctive silhouette. Her clothing consists of a red dress topped with a tall collar and a crescent motif, finished with a yellow scarf and a pale belt. A sizable bow sits at her back, her hands are sheathed in oversized mammalian-style gloves, and dark boots complete the look.

The glimpses given of her character point to devotion toward her relatives and crew. That loyalty showed when she promptly heeded Oven's summons to assemble on Cacao Island and help spring the trap on Luffy.

Panna massed together with thousands of fellow crew members on Cacao Island, forming part of the trap Oven had arranged to catch Monkey D. Luffy. From that vantage she looked on as Pekoms and Luffy emerged from the mirror. Her station as an officer grants her command over the lower ranks of the crew, and her selection for the Cacao Island operation alongside so many siblings marks her as a capable fighter. For combat she relies on her large mammalian gloves, each fitted with three sharp claw-like blades.
