History
Fasti once rode with the Cook Pirates before striking out on his own as a pirate. As his kicking power grew, people began likening him to Zeff, a comparison that swelled his pride into boasting that he had surpassed the man, and he even took to wearing red shoes after misreading the meaning behind Zeff's Red Leg title. After stealing sensitive government documents, he holed up by the Alubarna River. His wanted poster, posted in Spice Bean, was pulled down by the Straw Hats, who hunted him, beat him, and handed him to Margin for the bounty. Margin recruited him into the Bounty Pirates before turning him in, and Fasti joined an ambush against the Straw Hats, only to be defeated again and delivered back to the Marines.
