History
The Marine ranks place their trust in his medical ability, and his knowledge extends to Haki, for he could tell that Koby had awakened Observation Haki and even work out what had set it off. Roughly thirty-eight years earlier, he caught Garp and Sengoku in a heated argument over the propaganda built around Garp's exploits at the God Valley Incident. Following the Summit War, Fishbonen staffed the infirmary and saw to the hurt soldiers. There he let Koby know about the Haki that had just surfaced in him, encouraged the boy to pursue training beneath Vice Admiral Garp, then stepped away to attend his remaining patients.
