A studded top hat sits over Inhel's dark, shoulder-length hair, setting him apart among the Tontatta dwarves. He stands at the ordinary height for his kind, with pale skin, a squared-off face, and a sharply angled nose above a broad mouth, while a sizable dark tail trails behind him. His outfit pairs a purple jacket, recolored green for the anime, with dark trousers and dark boots. Once he joins Leo's pirate band, a drawn scar runs across his left eye.

When strategy or the SOP operation is the topic, Inhel adopts a notably businesslike tone. Beyond that earnestness he shares the trusting naivety common to every dwarf, the extreme gullibility that defines his people.

As a dwarf, Inhel moves with great speed and can heft loads many times his own weight. He carries a double-bladed spear, though his skill with it is never clearly demonstrated, and in the anime he shows a grasp of Tontatta Combat. Leo's choice to put him in charge of wrecking the SMILE Factory points to genuine capability.

He first surfaces at the Riku Royal Army's hidden base beneath the flower fields, where he and Cotton brief Thunder Soldier on the scouting brigade's findings and reel in shock when Franky and Zoro turn out to be the legendary heroes he had just named. Joining the broader plan to topple Doflamingo, he files into the tunnel for Operation SOP, helping carry Robin to the underground port before his group peels off toward the tower holding Sugar.

The strike on Sugar unravels once Trebol intervenes, transforming several dwarves into toys and later snaring them in his sticky substance, yet Inhel and the rest keep their faith in Usopp, whose horrified grimace finally fells Sugar. After Doflamingo seals the country inside his Birdcage, Inhel is entrusted to lead the dwarves alongside Franky against the SMILE Factory, talking his way past its defenses and helping bring down Senor Pink's workplace. When Luffy at last defeats Doflamingo, the dwarves rejoice, then slow the pursuing Marines by swiping their weapons.

In the aftermath he enlists in Leo's freshly formed Tontatta Pirates and marvels at the ship the citizens present to them. Sailing past Green Bit during the Wano era, the crew rescues a drifting Pound and carries him back to the Dressrosa port.
