Riku Royal Army on the Flower Hill

Deep below Green Bit, Leo leads Usopp and Robin toward a tunnel that joins the island to Dressrosa, then unveils the dwarf airport with its rideable beetles, hornets, and quick foxes. Chief Gancho surfaces without warning to admit one thing he had kept back: the quarrel between his people and the Donquixote Family does not date to a single decade but reaches back some nine hundred years.

Under a sunflower field on Dressrosa, the anti-Doflamingo force called the Riku Royal Army assembles beneath the Thunder Soldier, who presents Franky to the lightning-quick dwarves. Franky learns they were the ones who carried off Zoro's sword, and is taken aback to find the swordsman himself idling close by, grumbling that Luffy left him out while he watches the C Block fight.

On the Sunny, Nami is losing badly to Giolla, whose Ato Ato no Mi warps the Clima-Tact and the crew into strange art. A Den Den Mushi call from Law breaks in, telling everyone to head for Green Bit. On the island's surface, Law barely endures Doflamingo's pressure as the warlord pronounces their alliance over.

Kabu and the freshly introduced Bian are confirmed as Zoan users, becoming a rhinoceros beetle and a hornet. The dwarves' feud with Dressrosa is traced back nine centuries. Zoro, Franky, and the Thunder Soldier all join the dwarf army at the Flower Hill, where the Thunder Soldier serves the Riku Royal Army as one of its commanders.

Giolla's fruit is revealed to be the Ato Ato no Mi. Law instructs Chopper to bring the ship toward Green Bit for the handover of Caesar. Doflamingo gradually overwhelms Law. At the colosseum, Luffy drives his Hawk Rifle technique into Chinjao's gut, leaving the old man spitting blood while the crowd cheers.
