Junan

This fish-man has grey skin, a notably long neck striped with red toward the back, and blond hair styled into a rounded shape that tapers to a point on top, with matching blond sideburns. A pale green fin rises from the back of his neck. For work he dresses formally in a white shirt and purple bowtie under a tuxedo and a black coat fastened with yellow buttons.

Junan is clearly focused on profit, reacting with alarm when the Straw Hats carried off so much merchandise for almost nothing. He also shows devotion to his employer, the starfish Pappag.

Being a fish-man, Junan has roughly ten times a normal human's strength on land and double that once submerged. He first appears reeling in shock as Nami haggles the store's goods down to under half their listed price. When Pappag turns up Junan is relieved, only to be stunned again as Nami pinches the owner while griping about his prices. After Pappag tells the crew to help themselves to whatever they like, Junan reports back to his boss that they had cleaned out the entire inventory.
