Kaku (Wano)

Towering and reed-thin, Kaku stands out for his unusually elongated neck. The back of his light-ginger hair is gathered into a topknot while the sides flare outward, and a navy cap fitted with green goggles sits over his eyes. His outfit is a white kimono marked by a cyan river motif that bleeds into sky blue, with a pale yellow symbol printed on the right shoulder.

Greed drives Kaku much as it does his associates Kuni and Suke. The trio squeezes money out of neighborhood businesses to bankroll their criminal family, and anyone who pushes back can expect force in return.

Once Sanji set up a soba cart in the Flower Capital, Kaku arrived with Kuni and Suke to demand a fee in exchange for leaving the stall alone. The cook turned them down, so they moved to attack, but Sanji and Franky put Kuni and Suke down without trouble. Kaku hurried off to Kyoshiro's home to relay what had happened, and Kyoshiro instructed him to summon Queen so that assassins could be dispatched after Sanji.

Later, at Rasetsu Town, the execution of Shimotsuki Yasuie took place while Kaku stood watching beside Suke and Kuni. From there they also saw the confrontation that broke out between Kyoshiro and Zoro.
