CharacterSuke is a gangster of the Kyoshiro Family in Wano Country. He turns up in the Flower Capital as one of the thugs who try to shake down Sanji's soba stand, only to be flattened by Franky.

Suke is a hulking, hairy man sporting a mop of bushy pale hair, drawn-out sideburns, and patchy stubble across his lip and chin. He drapes himself in a dark flower-patterned kimono left hanging open to the waist, baring his chest, and rounds the look off with sunglasses.
Personality
Greed and cruelty define Suke. He joined the move to extort Sanji's soba stall and went so far as to swat away a child's bowl of noodles when Sanji refused to play along.
