Kazenbo

Kazenbo took the form of a colossal, ethereal apparition that could swell to fill the full height and breadth of a wide corridor. Its lower portion stayed transparent while the upper body grew darker and dense, crowned by two luminous eyes. Flames roared along its every edge.

The creature was the living expression of the Kurozumi clan's loathing, channeled above all from its maker, Kanjuro. Though it began simply by drifting toward the destination he had set, it seemed to develop a mind of its own, reacting to Yamato's blows and reverently calling out for Orochi as "Orochi-sama". That reverence had limits, however. When Orochi commanded it to burn Hiyori, Kazenbo turned on the shogun and set him aflame instead, apparently having reached its breaking point.

Wrapped entirely in fire, Kazenbo scorched whatever it brushed against, and its enormous, shifting bulk made it nearly impossible to evade, letting it spread ruin quickly. It was intangible, slipping through walls and floors at will, and could reshape itself to sprout limbs for close fighting. Being made of flame left it weak to cold, recoiling from Yamato's ice strike, and a bomb blast sapped much of its strength.

As Kanjuro lay dying, Orochi urged him to stage one final encore by manifesting the family's hatred, and Kanjuro drew Kazenbo into existence, sending it toward the armory beneath Kaidou's fortress to obliterate the island. It burned freely through the structure and even incinerated the CP0 agents pursuing Nico Robin, sparing her. Yamato reached the armory and froze the explosives, then struck the entity with an ice-laden kanabo. Big Mom crashed in and detonated a bomb, destroying much of Kazenbo's body. The surviving wisp climbed back to the Treasury and, defying Orochi's order, set the shogun ablaze.
