Appearance
A lean teenage boy, Kuroba keeps his black hair cropped and wears braces. His outfit pairs a black short-sleeved button-up, sleeves rolled back, with blue jeans and black sneakers, finished by a black baseball cap and a lime-lined white cape. Four leaf clovers recur throughout: a white one marks his cap and cape, while his shirt's white breast pocket bears a black clover.
Personality
Driven and ambitious like Shirotsu, Kuroba wants to enlist in the Marines and climb to Admiral, idolizing Aokiji in particular. He clings to his principles, turning down a place with the Age Age Super Marines once he learns they pull civilians into their battles. For all his aspirations, his own lack of strength leaves him deeply self-conscious.
Abilities
Entirely self-taught, Kuroba lags in strength behind Shirotsu and behind veterans such as the Straw Hats or the Age Age Super Marines, and a pack of Dondoko Pirates overwhelmed him easily. His sword has a handle decorated with the four leaf clover motif, and though he wields it with some ease, his skill falls well short of seasoned swordsmen.
