Luigia

Tiny and deeply wrinkled, Luigia carries an oversized head that looks mismatched against her small frame, topped by purple hair cut into a bowl shape and set above a little pink nose. She dresses in a pink jacket layered over a yellow shirt, finished with a purple skirt.

Her first impression is sharp and calculating, the sort of woman who would lean on Usopp with threats to keep her phony mansion a secret. There is a self-serving cunning to her too, having raised a counterfeit estate and let everyone believe she was kin to Kaya. Yet a kinder, braver side surfaces as events unfold, and she takes her place beside the other islanders to face down the Amigo Pirates.

Luigia shows little fighting strength or weapon training, but courage carries her into the stand against the Amigo Pirates to defend Boss, where she armed herself with a pair of hand fans, though her actual skill went untested. As a girl in Syrup Village she gazed longingly at Kaya's family mansion, dreamed of one like it, and crossed paths with Yasopp. She eventually relocated to Little East Blue and raised her so-called dream mansion, a structure grand only on the surface. When the Straw Hats landed, Usopp was led to the lookalike house expecting a relative of Kaya and instead met Luigia, who claimed the family tie until he caught the lie and she revealed the facade. She later joined the townsfolk against the Amigo Pirates as they demanded Boss be surrendered, fighting alongside the crew until the pirates fell, then settled back into her mansion to reminisce about her youth.
