Matryo Princesses

Character

The Matryo Princesses are four royal daughters of the Roshwan Kingdom whose stacking-doll appearance parodies Russian matryoshkas. Named Matryosaka, Matryosuka, Matryoseka, and Matryosoka from largest to smallest, they traveled to Mary Geoise for the Levely.

Appearance

Each princess is built short and stout in clear homage to a matryoshka doll, with the sisters graduating in size from Matryosaka at the top down through Matryosuka, Matryoseka, and the tiny Matryosoka; an onlooker at Red Port even called them adorable. They share black eyes, blonde hair split down the center of the forehead, and rosy blush on their cheeks. Their matching outfits include a red headscarf crowned by a little gold tiara, a buttoned white shirt, a polka-dotted red skirt, a striped belt in navy and gold, and blue suspenders, and each one totes a woven straw basket.

Personality

The source offers little on their individual temperaments. What it establishes is their station: as members of the Roshwan royal line they carry the standing expected of princesses.

History

Holding rank as princesses of the Roshwan Kingdom, the four wield a measure of authority over their realm and are entitled to attend the Levely. During the Levely Arc they arrived at Red Port with their father, Beer VI, to make the journey to Mary Geoise. After ascending the Red Line by bondola, they continued onward toward Pangaea Castle.
