Monjii

Age shows plainly on Monjii, an old monkey mink whose long white brows pair with a mustache that flows into a beard reaching his chest. He keeps to a dark cloak and a hat, with loose striped trousers below.

Steady and unshakably calm, Monjii kept his composure even when the dreaded Beasts Pirates and the Calamity Jack bore down on Zou. Though fully able to fight, he pressed for a peaceful resolution, reasoning with Jack despite the warlord's hostility.

Like every mink, Monjii is a warrior from birth and commands Electro. His advanced years have not dulled him; he still moves with notable strength and agility, turning his Electro on the Beasts Pirates when talks broke down.

When Jack reached Zou hunting Raizo, Monjii urged diplomacy and tried to send him to speak with Inuarashi rather than spark a ruinous war, but Jack refused and ordered an attack. The clash dragged on for five days, until Jack loosed Caesar Clown's Koro gas and left the minks poisoned and gravely weakened. Jack departed on news of Doflamingo's capture, and the tribe was later saved when Sanji's group arrived. Afterward Monjii feasted with the Straw Hats, helped welcome the visiting samurai, and stood among the panicked minks when Zunesha's cries shook the land before the elephant wiped out Jack's returning fleet.
