Jack

Jack is an enormous fish-man of the giant grouper variety, looming over his crewmates and even over his governor-general Kaidou. His pale skin passes easily for a human's, and while his torso is hugely muscled, his limbs look small by comparison. He wears a metal jaw mask, with horns rising from both sides of his head and blond hair worn in a ponytail and long braids. A feathery sleeveless coat draped with spiked pauldrons bears his crew's flag, and the tusk-like shapes slung around his neck are actually sheaths for his curved, scythe-like blades. When deploying poison gas against the minks, he dons a hazmat suit and a glass helmet.

Violent and quick to rage, Jack openly relishes destruction even when it gains him nothing, behavior others describe as sheer madness. He is brutally sadistic, hacking off limbs and torturing foes for information, and so unreasonable that he attacks anyone who tries to talk sense into him. He fights dirty without hesitation, unleashing chemical weapons the moment his patience runs thin. Toward his betters he turns meek: he trembles before Kaidou and swallows insults from the senior All-Stars King and Queen with only a quiet apology. For all his composure, he can be gripped by genuine terror when badly overpowered.

As a Beasts Pirates All-Star, Jack commands enormous authority second only to Kaidou, though King and Queen both regard him as the weakest of the three. His epithet reflects how an island he rampages through is left withered as if struck by drought, and his bounty of 1,000,000,000 Berries marks him as a grave threat to the World Government. He sank two of the four Marine warships escorting Doflamingo and survived a fleet led by Fujitora, Tsuru, and Sengoku with only light wounds. His fish-man heritage feeds tremendous strength and stamina, letting him battle the mink rulers for five days and nights, and his durability let him endure a blow from Zunesha's trunk.

He fights as a skilled dual-wielder of his shotel blades and also relied on Caesar Clown's poison weapon, Koro, to break the Mink Tribe. His Devil Fruit, an Ancient Zoan of the mammoth type, lets him become a full mammoth or a hybrid, vastly boosting his size and power; as a fish-man he can still breathe underwater despite losing the ability to swim. He additionally wields Armament and Observation Haki.
