Nefertari Titi

Seen as she looked twenty-four years before the story begins, Titi could almost pass for her grown daughter: the same flowing blue hair, the same slim build, the same dark eyes. The resemblance ran so deep that when Vivi was dressed for her coming-of-age ceremony, Cobra briefly took her for his departed wife. In her youth Titi wore a purple shirt under a pink-bordered white robe, a golden neckband and a gold bracelet, while a later photograph shows her with her hair gathered in a bun, earrings, and standard regal dress.

The source records little about Titi's temperament. As Arabasta's queen she held authority across the whole kingdom, but the surviving glimpses center on her family rather than her rule.

Twenty-four years before the present day, and six years ahead of Vivi's birth, Titi was alive and well, sharing with Cobra and Igaram their grim talk of the dangerous new age opening before the world. She died at some point afterward, while Vivi was still very young, leaving her daughter to grow into her image.
