Pellini

Standing at the usual height for his kind, Pellini has pale skin, eyes that slant sharply inward, a nose shaped like a triangle, and a long light tail trailing behind him. His outfit centers on a tall block-shaped hat and a cape draped over the shoulders, worn above a matching shirt. He completes the look with dark shorts dotted with pale buttons, along with light gloves, a belt, and boots in the same tone.

Pellini is trusting to a fault. He swallowed Usopp's tall tale about being a descendant of the explorer Mont Blanc Noland without a shred of doubt, a credulity typical of the easily fooled dwarves who came to idolize the sniper.

Pellini took part in seizing Usopp and Robin and hauling them back to the Tontatta Kingdom, where the dwarves frisked Robin for weapons until Flapper vouched for her ties to their hero. The dwarves then begged Usopp to lead them against the Donquixote Pirates, and Pellini marched with the army through underground tunnels to link up with Thunder Soldier and plan the strike on Sugar, the Devil Fruit user turning captives into toys.

As part of Leo's SOP team, Pellini infiltrated the central tower for the assault on Sugar. The scheme to feed her spicy Tatababasco unraveled when she converted several dwarves into obedient toys, and Trebol soon flattened the tower and trapped the survivors in his explosive slime. With nearly everyone incapacitated, the operation hinged on Usopp, whose monstrous grimace finally frightened Sugar into unconsciousness, fulfilling the mission's core goal.

When Doflamingo sealed the island inside his Birdcage, Pellini's group reunited with the other dwarf bands and fled toward the King's Plateau. Most of the dwarves then headed to the SMILE Factory to aid Franky, using bees to warn the workers inside of Doflamingo's deceit. After the factory fell and Senor Pink was beaten, they wrecked the plant, then helped shove the shrinking Birdcage back. The dwarves wept with joy once Luffy toppled Doflamingo and ended the ordeal.
