Pink Koinu is an infant Marine from the parody work Chin Piece who serves as that comic's take on Sakazuki and behaves as though he truly is the admiral. His name, meaning "Pink Puppy," mocks Sakazuki's "Akainu" nickname.
The character is a diaper-clad baby crowned with a full-sized adult head modeled on Sakazuki. Atop it sits a copy of Sakazuki's cap, except the word reading "MARINE" has been swapped out for "BABY."
Convinced he is Sakazuki himself, Pink Koinu keeps calling Chinpy and company children even though he is plainly an infant too. He parts ways with his model in one key respect, abandoning Absolute Justice and choosing to set Chinpy and friends free after their bond wins him over.
Lacking any Devil Fruit, he still mimics Sakazuki's powers and proves fairly strong, joining Mint Kotori and Lemonade Kozaru to halt Chinpy. His technique, Magma, sprays scalding milk from his bottle at opponents.
Handed the arrested Chinpy and his crew, the babies pushed back the three who slipped their bonds and granted them two minutes to train. When the pirates came back, Pink Koinu faced Chiyobbaba and grew downcast at being judged for his looks, ended up stuck in Chinpy's Haki-mimicking pile of dung, and was talked by Mint Kotori into letting them go. He and his mother were later invited by Eunkov to act in a film but walked off once they learned the cast would not be paid.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Pink Koinu is drawn as a diaper clad baby with a full sized adult head modeled on Sakazuki, wearing a marine cap that reads BABY instead of MARINE.
Pink Koinu's signature technique, Magma, sprays scalding milk from his baby bottle at his opponents, mimicking Sakazuki's real Devil Fruit power.
