Porchemy

Towering and broad-chested, Porchemy let his open red, ruffle-trimmed vest hang loose. Long whitish-blue hair framed narrow eyes set under a brow with no eyebrows, and an earring hung from each ear. A tattoo marked his left bicep. Striped yellow cloth wrapped his waist beneath a belt, worn with plain trousers and boots, and he toted an oversized sword.

Sharp enough not to be taken in, he saw straight through Luffy's clumsy lies. His brutality showed in how far he was willing to go while interrogating a child, and Sabo claimed he flayed the scalps of those he beat. He also carried a pirate's pride, vowing to give up the trade entirely if mere kids ever bested him.

Twelve years before the main story, Porchemy and two crewmates hunted Ace after he made off with some of their loot. He snatched Luffy as the boy fled Ace and Sabo, and when Luffy tried to lie about the hidden treasure, Porchemy caught the deception at once and hauled him away. He showed some grasp of Devil Fruits, unfazed by Luffy's powers and quick to settle on a way to hurt him anyway. Wielding a cutlass sharp enough to slice an iron pipe, plus spiked gloves and a heavy mallet kept for torture, he tried to force the loot's location out of the boy. Just as he raised his blade to kill, Ace and Sabo returned and beat him together. His captain Bluejam, repulsed by the loss, shot him dead.
