Appearance
A young man fully wrapped in ninja garb, Sarutobi keeps every inch of himself concealed. Only his eyes remain visible past the costume.
Abilities
Ninjutsu is his trade, and he can wield it to freeze opponents in place, a tactic that worked on both Robin and Brook. His arsenal also includes a duplication art, Ninpo: Bunshin no Jutsu, which spawns copies of himself during a fight.
Together with Musashi, he shadowed Luffy's crew throughout Wano and uncovered that Tama held an umbrella once made by Portgas D. Ace. The two relayed that discovery to Kardia, whose Devil Fruit could borrow Ace's appearance from it.

History
Once the New Donquixote Family moved against the allied Straw Hat and Heart crews, Sarutobi drew the assignment of facing Robin and Brook. He locked them both down, only for Sanji, suited up in his Raid Suit, to strike from behind. In response, Sarutobi conjured two doubles with his cloning jutsu, but a single attack from Sanji wiped them out, and a follow-up kick knocked the ninja unconscious.
