His coat runs pale blue and his legs are remarkably long. A white mane tumbles down over his eyes with his ears jutting up through the messy strands, and a thin brown bridle completes the look.

Devotion defines him: Stronger is forever seen bearing Doc Q, whether through a brawl with Ace or in the wake of Magellan's poison. He appears to suffer the same constant sickness as his owner.

For all his frailty, the horse musters the muscle and stamina to ferry Doc Q over long stretches, faltering only now and then. He can break into astonishing speed even with his master aboard, and his toughness is no small thing, having weathered full immersion in Magellan's lethal venom and a shockwave from Sengoku's Buddha form. He swallowed the Pegasus-model Uma Uma no Mi, a fruit ranked among the Mythical Zoans that lets him take a Pegasus hybrid shape or a complete Pegasus; since he is a horse already, it essentially just grants wings and flight, enough to bear both Doc Q and Blackbeard's crushing bulk aloft. He carried his rider through Mock Town, the Banaro Island raid, the Impel Down assault where Magellan poisoned the crew, and the war at Marineford. In the Egghead Arc he flew Doc Q above the Heart Pirates' vessel until Law split him in two with R-ROOM, dropping him toward the ocean, after which his body was rejoined and he survived, even retorting to his mourning master.
