Sukare Tainen

Tainen is a portly man whose black hair reaches a moderate length and whose chinstrap beard matches it in color, with scars running downward from each corner of his mouth. He dresses in a shirt striped light and dark purple that bears a face-like flower crest at the stomach, dark blue capri pants, and black-and-white striped socks above brown shoes. Topping the look is a dark purple bicorne edged in gold and stamped with his Jolly Roger, while a cape of dark blue hangs from his shoulders and brown gloves cover his hands.

Stirring up panic and disorder is something Tainen relishes. He stays close with his younger sister Karehosui in spite of her selfishness and the headaches she brings him, a closeness mirrored in her horror at seeing him beaten.

Commanding the crew lets Tainen issue orders in battle, yet by himself he is fairly weak and went down easily before Capone Bege. For armament he carries a pair of swords alongside a pair of pistols, the firearms letting him pass the Kiss-Kiss Germ to anyone struck. With Dressrosa's royal family attending the Levely, he steered the Germ Pirates into striking the country and spreading the germ among its people, only for the Fire Tank Pirates to halt the rampage and for Bege to defeat him.
