Ushiano

Ushiano takes the form of a cattle mink with an unusually long neck and a pair of horns, his thin limbs contrasting a heavier lower body. Spotted fur covers him in the manner of a Holstein cow. Over that he straps on an aviator helmet, buttons up a shirt, and wears dark overalls with gloves, plus an armband on his left arm.

Belonging to the Revolutionary Army, Ushiano harbors no hesitation about defying the World Government, all the more so given his officer's rank. A speech difficulty leaves him talking in clipped, broken phrases.

As a deputy commander, Ushiano holds sway over lower ranking revolutionaries, with his authority in the West Army answering only to his direct superior, Morley. His mink nature lets him channel Electro and transform into Sulong beneath a full moon. He was stationed on Momoiro Island alongside Belo Betty and Koala once the operation to slip into the Levely was underway. Later, during the Egghead period, he and his fellow deputy commanders watched a vessel approach the shore and wondered whether it carried an enemy or a returning Sabo. Spotting that it was indeed Sabo, Ushiano broke into celebration, and he afterward joined the other revolutionaries in listening to Vegapunk's broadcast to the world. His name appears to merge the Japanese word for bull with a suffix common to Italian masculine names.
