Wicca

As with all dwarves of her tribe, Wicca stands tiny, capped off by a pointed nose and a large, fluffy tail. Pale blue colors her hair, over which she wears a roomy blue hat circled by a red stripe. A blue dress and a white scarf complete her attire. She looks far younger than she is, a gap that took Zoro by surprise when she told him she was 27.

Wicca feels things openly, fretting over her comrades and, once that worry gets the better of her, breaking into wrecking-everything tantrums. She has no qualms about saying what she thinks, even branding Zoro a fool for his stupidity. Small as she is, she carries startling strength, capable of cracking stone ground with nothing but her bare hands mid-tantrum, and her membership in Dressrosa's scouting corps points to her ability as well.

As the Straw Hats unwound in an Acacia bar, Wicca crept in and stole Zoro's sword while no one watched. He bolted after it the second he noticed, finally seizing the quick thief and learning, to his surprise, that she was a dwarf and not a fairy. A sprained ankle from the crash left her unable to walk, so she begged Zoro to carry her to Flower Hill, where she could warn her commander about the Donquixote Pirates and their plan to strike the Thousand Sunny.

From that point she served as a reliable guide and ally. She filled Zoro in on Giolla and Doflamingo's senior officers, helped steer Luffy, Zoro, and Kin'emon toward the royal palace where Viola was waiting, and went with Kin'emon on his search for Kanjuro. Once Doflamingo sealed the island under his Birdcage, Wicca joined the dwarves at the SMILE Factory, backing Franky in his fight with Senor Pink and lending a hand to shove the shrinking cage back. With Doflamingo beaten, her group celebrated the founding of the Grand Fleet under the Straw Hats while aboard the Yonta Maria, and she afterward signed on with Leo's freshly minted Tontatta Pirates, who pitched in to rebuild Dressrosa and were gifted the ship Usoland in return.
