Zotto is a Marine Lieutenant posted to the G-1 Branch who answers to Vice Admiral Momonga. His most notable moment comes when he carries the report that Kaidou and Shanks had clashed out in the New World.
Built to an ordinary size, Zotto stands out for the dark glasses he wears and for the flap-eared Marine cap on his head, beneath whose flaps what appear to be headphones can be glimpsed. A band of facial hair traces his lower jaw. His attire under the regulation officer's coat consists of a dark green suit over a light green shirt, set off by a red tie, and a rifle rides across his back.
Holding the rank of Lieutenant places lower-ranking Marines under his command and lets him back up his superiors aboard a warship. The rifle slung over his shoulder has never been shown in use, so his skill with it remains unknown. His one recorded action came during the Impel Down Arc: as Vice Admiral Momonga was set to leave Impel Down, Zotto relayed word that a battle had broken out in the New World, pitting Red Hair against Kaidou.

Staying composed does not come naturally to Zotto. While briefing Momonga on the confrontation between the two Yonko, he was shown sweating heavily.
