The World That Moves On! A New Organization, Cross Guild

Kin'emon and Kikunojo look in on Raizo and Shinobu, both critically dehydrated by Ryokugyu's attack. Sukiyaki then drops his disguise before Momonosuke, Hiyori, and the rest of the Nine Red Scabbards, apologizing for vanishing into hiding after Oden's death. Privately, Carrot meets with the Minks: since Inuarashi and Nekomamushi have chosen to stay in Wano and guard the shogun, they hand her stewardship of the Mokomo Dukedom. She tries to refuse, but the two remind her that she carries the same will Pedro once held.

Robin relays her Pluton findings to the crew. Knowing the weapon rests within the country, Luffy still declines to dig it up. Momonosuke and Kin'emon hurry to see the Straw Hats off but learn they have already left the castle, then encounter Yamato, who vows to walk in Oden's footsteps. The three allied crews gather at Tokage Port to depart. After a brief squabble over headings, Kid shows Luffy a poster announcing that Emperor Buggy has joined Mihawk and Crocodile to found Cross Guild, an outfit that puts bounties on Marines and leaves them hunted by civilian bounty hunters.

Shinobu and Tama appear via Ninjutsu rather than through a door, and Zunesha's scene is dropped.
