Summary

Lucci, Kaku, and the remaining CP0 agents withdraw from Egghead, and Saturn boards the ship again, dwelling on how poorly the mission turned out. He stops the Marines from chasing the Straw Hats toward Elbaf, yet regrets sparing Emet two centuries ago when his orders had been to scrap it. At Mary Geoise, Figarland Garling presents himself to the rest of the Elders and steps into the vacant seat as their Warrior God overseeing Science and Defense. To answer for the Egghead disaster, Imu tears away Saturn's immortality; his body decays in seconds until nothing remains but bone.

Key Events

York learns that Edison lived through his collision with the Frontier Dome, after which he quietly took control of the Island Cloud generator. Aiming to cut the link that joins Punk Records to the Labophase, she fires on the connecting mechanism, but rather than destroy the archive she sends it soaring into the sky, lifting it far past her reach. Edison then fits parts taken from Shaka, Pythagoras, and Atlas onto himself, in effect reviving them so their minds carry on. As Luffy sobs over failing his vow to protect Vegapunk, Lilith eases his grief by telling him the scientist and all of his satellites remain alive.

Notes

With the ship bound for Elbaf, the crew holds a victory feast aboard the Great Eirik, and Bonney and Kuma sit watching the horizon they had promised to share once reunited. The installment ends the Egghead Arc and retires Carmine and Punks as opening and ending themes, with the closing credits replaced by montage clips from the arc. It is also the last weekly broadcast before a three-month break running until April 5, 2026, after which the series moves to a seasonal format. A teaser for the Elbaf Arc closed the broadcast but was omitted from streaming. The episode rates 2.6 and ranked seventh.
