Godland Skypiea! The Angels Of the Cloud Beach

Carried up by the Speedy Crab, the crew finally sets foot on the sky island. Robin spots the Skypiea sign, and Nami recognizes the name from a map Luffy once found aboard a wrecked ship. Exploring, they delight in the springy cloud ground, the cushions, the local Conasshu fruit, and the flowers. The sound of an instrument draws them to a winged figure, and Sanji declares her an angel. She greets them as Blue Sea Dwellers, cracks open the steel-hard Conasshu for Luffy, and introduces herself as Conis along with her pet Su, offering to answer their questions.

Conis's father Pagaya rides up on a Waver, the wind-free craft Noland once described in his travel journal. Luffy fails to control it, but Nami takes to it with startling skill, astonishing Pagaya, who notes mastery normally takes a decade. He explains how clouds are cut for construction, the difference between Sea Clouds and Island Clouds, and the role of Seastone technology. At Conis's home, Sanji explores sky cuisine while the crew learns about Dials: Conis has Luffy speak into a Tone Dial and press its apex to replay his words, then covers the various Dial types, where the shells are gathered, and how a Dial powers a Waver. When Nami goes off riding, Conis and Pagaya grow uneasy and warn of one place that must never be entered.

The forbidden site is revealed to be Upper Yard, the land said to be where God resides, easily reachable from the island by Waver. This episode debuts Su, Conis, and Pagaya, and introduces the Skypiea and Upper Yard locations. A noted animation slip shows Nami's right foot drawn with six toes as she leaps from the ship.
