The Guy Who's the Closest to Invincible? And the Most Dangerous Man!

Using his Noro-Noro Beam, Foxy pins the crew and drops them into a pit cut into the Sexy Foxy's deck. Luffy smashes his way out, and once Sanji helps him recognize Foxy beneath a thin disguise, the chase kicks off. Luffy, Nami, and Usopp give pursuit while Zoro and Sanji remain locked in an awkward tangle.

Nami and Usopp come upon a men-only corridor running over the brig, crowded with restless prisoners; Usopp's flash-bang clears the way for Nami to cross before he stumbles and gets held down. In the atrium, Luffy and Nami face Foxy, Porche, and Hamburg, who attack from two machines, the Donkey Kicker 18 and the Gorilla Puncher 13. Nami's Thunderstorm Tempo puts out the fires, letting Luffy wreck both contraptions using Gomu Gomu no Spinning Top. The crews then call a truce, and Foxy's men tearfully take him back, though he quietly tells them to beat Luffy or stay saddled with his ridiculous flag. The Straw Hats later barbeque on an island, repel a crab-shaped submarine, and head into the jungle for medicinal herbs. There Chopper wakes a sleeping stranger, and Robin panics on seeing he is the admiral Aokiji, who tells her she has grown into a beautiful woman.

One animation slip leaves Zoro standing in two spots at once during a single shot, concealed in the 4:3 broadcast but fixed for the DVD. Another has rain pouring together with thunder during Nami's Thunderstorm Tempo. The episode also debuts several moves, among them Nami's Thunderstorm Tempo and Foxy's Kani Kani Punch.
