Filled with Animals!? Perona's Wonder Garden

With the General Zombies now roused, Absalom finds himself pursued by Lola, a warthog zombie dead set on becoming his wife. The moment she gathers that Nami has been chosen as his bride, Lola swings her rage onto the navigator instead. Some distance off, a pair of zombie squirrels lugging the trio's coffin lose their footing and tumble Nami, Usopp, and Chopper into an odd garden packed with animal-headed undead, one of whom, a penguin-bulldog cross called Inuppe, carries himself remarkably like Sanji.

The remaining Straw Hats, working their way down a passage lined with armor, abruptly register that Zoro too has slipped away, sharpening the dread that the crew is being thinned out one member at a time.

A brawl ignites in the garden. Usopp throws punches at a kangaroo zombie topped with a zebra's head while the navigator bolts from the others. The two race up a long stair and bound between columns to lose their hunter, but a collapsing pillar drops them straight onto a hulking zombie just as it moves to flatten Chopper. Usopp blasts the undead apart with flaming rounds, only for a massive one to floor him, and a spiked ball drives hard into Chopper's spine. With the zombies now closing on Nami, Inuppe plants himself in their path to stop them.

Lola and Inuppe both debut in this episode, and Lola unveils her bridal-art repertoire: Hanayome Bujutsu, Chikai no Kiss, Chikai no Hug, and Chikai no Love Attack. The story adapts Chapter 451, and the eyecatcher features Chopper with Usopp.
