Disappearing Straw Hat Crew! The Mysterious Swordsman Appears!

Anxious over the absent Sanji and Zoro, Luffy's group follows Buhichuck into a tent-filled hall where a golden knight, really Luffy in costume, keels over. A true armored General Zombie then dives at Franky, whose hide deflects the strike, and fires a cross-shaped projectile sharp enough to part steel. A surge of further armored undead arrives, a knight, a crook, a samurai, and a gunman among them, and Buhichuck warns that this breed of General Zombie weathers far more damage than the last.

Over in the garden, Inuppe borrows Sanji's character to guard the trio against the beast-zombies, which leaves the navigator baffled by the penguin-dog's oddly familiar bearing. Far off, Zoro lies imprisoned in Moria's quarters next to a knocked-out Sanji.

Franky rams his Strong Right into a sizable zombie, Robin pins several with Trienta Fleurs, and Luffy hammers away at the rest, yet the undead refuse to stay down. A scar-covered fighter swinging twin sabers carves through the horde with the 36 Caliber Phoenix, and Luffy briefly takes him for Zoro before placing him as Jigoro, who names the captain his target. Franky and Robin retreat along a catwalk, leaning on Fresh Fire and her Once Fleur and Slam to delay the chase, then discover Luffy is gone, boxed in a casket and spirited away. A spider-monkey zombie called Tararan then bars Franky and Robin's exit, leaving the two heavily outmatched.

Pandaman turns up as one of the zombies here. The episode brings the debuts of Jigoro and Tararan and showcases Robin's Once Fleur and Slam. The eyecatcher pairs Luffy with Zoro.
