Eliminated Friends - The Final Day of the Straw Hat Crew

Sentomaru explains that a strike from Kuma's paw pad flings its target across the sky for three days and nights, landing them somewhere only Kuma could name. With Rayleigh pinned in his duel against Kizaru, nothing stands between the Warlord and the exhausted crew. Luffy fights frantically to shield his friends, but one after another they are knocked off the island: Brook, Sanji, Usopp, Franky, Nami, Chopper, and Robin all disappear. Crushed by his own helplessness, Luffy is the last to go, and Kuma bids him farewell before sending him away too, completing the crew's total defeat.

A popping coating bubble over Sabaody marks each member's vanishing. Franky recognizes the technique from Thriller Bark and clings to hope that Zoro survives the journey. Kuma pauses to tell Rayleigh to place his trust in him, insisting his plan has nothing to do with the Marines. Luffy shifts into Second Gear and tries everything, from a Jet Pistol to desperate grabs, but every attempt fails to land. As Nami cries out for rescue and Robin slips away, Luffy spirals into despair, flashing back to the time he has shared with his crew before Kuma's final touch takes him.

This installment closes out the Sabaody Archipelago Arc. It opens without the usual narration, and neither eyecatcher plays its normal leitmotif, a deliberate choice that preserves the somber tone of this turning point. Across this episode and the last, the coating bubbles serve as a visual tally, each one bursting as a crewmate is erased.
