Kuma's Transformation! Iva's Blow of Anger!

Watching Boa Hancock shield Luffy from Smoker stuns the Marines around them. She slips him the key that unlocks Ace's seastone cuffs, and when Luffy throws his arms around her in gratitude, she crumples in delight while soldiers nearby read the embrace as a takedown. Her mind drifts into a fantasy wedding on Amazon Lily, the whole Kuja tribe looking on, until Smoker's renewed strike snaps her back and she shatters his weapon in fury.

Elsewhere Ivankov demands answers from Doflamingo about Kuma, who appears to have become one of the lifeless Pacifista. Doflamingo reveals that Vegapunk has overhauled the man entirely, leaving only an obedient government weapon with no trace of the friend Ivankov remembers. Luffy presses on through the chaos as Crocodile cuts down rows of Whitebeard's crew, only to be checked by Jozu.

Hancock delivers Ace's handcuff key to Luffy and disables Smoker's jitte when he interrupts. Ivankov, refusing to hold back any longer, hammers the modified Kuma with Ganmen Spectrum and Galaxy Wink, then floors him with a kick before sending the Newkamas ahead to escort Luffy. Jozu manages to wound Crocodile and readies a second strike, but Doflamingo intervenes with his strings and proposes that the two former Warlords join forces.

The chapter adapted here is Chapter 560, pages 2 through 17. The installment debuts several techniques, including Ivankov's Ganmen Spectrum and Galaxy Wink alongside Jozu's Brilliant Punk. Original to the anime is the extended dream-wedding sequence sparked when Hancock interprets Luffy's hug as a marriage proposal. The closing beat shows Mihawk planting himself across Luffy's path, silently begging Shanks' pardon as he prepares to test whether destiny favors the boy.
