To Save Her Friends! Mocha Runs at the Risk of Her Life!

With the children chasing her down, Mocha flees clutching the candy as Nami, Robin, and Chopper try to hold the kids back. Once the children shove past the three of them, the girl is left with no option but to eat the candy herself, and Chopper looks on aghast. She accepts the harm so the rest can stay safe. An earlier flashback shows Chopper bracing the door shut and pressing a hesitant Mocha to seize her chance and run.

Chopper hurries over to check whether Mocha has lived through her sacrifice. Elsewhere, Zoro carries Tashigi out of reach of the poison cloud, and once she wakes she marvels at his blade Shusui, the sword he claimed from the samurai Ryuma over at Thriller Bark. Luffy and Momonosuke finally pull free of the refuse shaft and run straight into Caesar's hazmat-suited underlings, who recognize the pirate immediately. Calling on his conqueror's gift, Luffy drops most of them as they move to attack, then presses one survivor to tell him where Caesar has gone.

The episode rates around 7.7. Its adaptation draws out the way Nami and Robin block the kids, the moment Mocha swallows her candy, and the children watching her cough up blood. Inserted moments include Tashigi waking to discover Zoro carrying her, the pair passing a small doll resembling Mocha as they exit the Biscuits Room, and Luffy turning his conqueror's gift on the henchmen who serve Caesar.
