Adventure! The Country of Love and Passion, Dressrosa

The Thousand Sunny wedges itself between boulders at Dressrosa, and Luffy strikes a triumphant pose. Franky burns to find and demolish the SMILE Factory. When Luffy tries to ride Momonosuke through the air, the boy insists he cannot recall ever flying, dimly remembering a dark hand and a voice asking his name. The captain and the young samurai squabble over courage until Kin'emon intervenes. Kin'emon then offers everyone disguises, mistakenly believing the island's women go about unclothed, a notion that delights Sanji and enrages Nami.

Law hands Nami a Vivre Card pointing to Zou and spreads out a map his crewmate sketched. Three teams form: Law, Usopp, and Robin escort Caesar north over a long bridge toward Green Bit, Nami, Momonosuke, Brook, and Chopper guard the ship, and the rest go hunting for the factory. Strolling through the port town of Acacia, Luffy's group marvels at flower fields, enticing food, tireless dancers, and animate toy people living among the citizens. A scream reveals that the local women stab unfaithful men on sight.

Disguised in black suits and false beards, the team enters a restaurant with an attached casino. A blind man, whom Zoro had warily encountered earlier, racks up wins at the roulette wheel. With the enforcer Buffalo absent, a gang of crooks seizes the chance to lie about the results and exploit the man's blindness. Onlookers grumble that such cheating shames Doflamingo's name as the blind gambler stakes everything he has.

The Straw Hats, Law, Kin'emon, and Momonosuke reach Dressrosa and divide into three groups. Law distributes a Vivre Card and a map, assigning the Caesar handover, ship guard, and factory raid. Kin'emon disguises the shore party. The crew witnesses the island's living toys and its custom of women stabbing cheating men. A blind gambler wins big at a casino, and Doflamingo's thugs start swindling him by lying about the roulette outcomes.

The episode debuts Mario and Fujitora, the location Acacia, and the Hobi Hobi no Mi. The anime reworks Fujitora's introduction: rather than first appearing as a cheating victim in the restaurant as in the manga, he strolls casually through Acacia and crosses paths with Zoro, who is asked for directions to a gambling house. Added scenes show Fujitora winning fifteen straight rounds against ordinary citizens before the thugs interfere. The shadowy voice in Momonosuke's flashback is later confirmed to belong to Kaido, though the English dub mistakenly treats it as Doflamingo, creating a contradiction.
