Garchu! The Straw Hat Crew Reunites

As the Eruption Rain shakes Zou, Zunesha raises its trunk and douses the island in a torrent of water. Luffy is swept off Wany and nearly taken by a shark before Carrot snatches him from the flood. Up the leg, Kin'emon, Kanjuro, and Bariete attempt the climb again on a drawn cat dubbed Nekozaemon, only for the cascade to begin melting it. Wanda explains the elephant washes its back twice daily, and the minks built aqueducts to harvest the water for drinking and fishing.

Bepo passes word that the Heart Pirates remain in the forest under Master Nekomamushi's care. Watching from a tower, a terrified Usopp mistakes Carrot biting Luffy's ear for the minks eating him. Wanda recounts how Jack tortured a dog mink for information that was never given, and reports reading Jack's obituary, though she believes he survived sinking two of four Marine ships escorting Doflamingo. Law teleports the crew in front of Wany as they reach the Right Belly Fortress. Inside, Nami wakes atop the sheep mink Yomo as Chopper brings news of the arrivals. The minks greet the pirates with startling affection, explaining they judge by character rather than appearance, and an emotional reunion unfolds. But when Luffy names Sanji, Nami's face falls, and through tears she begins to tell what became of him.

The anime adds Luffy's fall from Wany and Carrot's rescue, plus the shortcut Wanda takes before meeting Law's group. It also shifts the timing of Carrot biting Luffy's ear compared with the manga. Inuarashi, Yomo, and Nekozaemon debut in this installment.
