Episode 794 ends the Vinsmoke duel as Judge's machinery and a sacrificed soldier defeat Sanji, who is then locked into the wedding with explosive cuffs, while Luffy battles the living woods and Pedro spots troubling news in Sweet City.
Sanji repeats that his hands are meant only for cooking, drawing scorn from Judge, who fires the rocket boosters in his boots and flips overhead. Sanji counters the diving spear with a Diable Jambe kick, but Judge seizes his burning leg, slams him down, and drives an electrified, rocket-boosted foot into his chin, blasting him through a wall. As he lies hurt, Sanji recalls being caged behind an iron mask as a child. He rises with pure hatred and charges, only for Judge to raise a wall of soldiers, ram his spear through one of them, and unleash an electric burst that hurls Sanji away. The soldiers cheer their commander's victory.
Reiju tends Sanji's wounds while he hopes only to survive the tea party and leave. Judge explains that Germa troops are conditioned to die for their commanders, and that the alliance with Big Mom will finally hand him the North Blue, with the marriage sealing the deal. He admits he picked Sanji because he would not waste a beloved son on a madwoman, viewing this one purely as an expendable failure. Reiju fastens golden cuffs on Sanji rigged like Celestial Dragon slave collars to blow his hands off if he flees, and Judge reveals Big Mom supplied them and holds the keys. Elsewhere Luffy thrashes the attacking flora, and Brook and Pedro reach Sweet City to find a newspaper bearing Jinbe's face.
Judge's attacks Denji Crack, Blaster, and Denji Shaft all debut here. Luffy keeps encountering silent, blank-faced doubles of his crew plus Sanji and Pudding scattered through the woods, which the homies gleefully attribute to Brulee toying with him. The anime adds the homies assaulting Luffy, Brook and Pedro entering Sweet City, Luffy freeing Pound from Randolph's spear, and his first run-in with the fake crewmates. A glimpse of Sanji just after escaping his cell, withheld until a later manga flashback, is shown here during his iron mask memory.
