Orochi reaches the execution grounds and lifts his rifle, drawing a parting jab from the old lord, that a man this petty will never truly devour Oden, having quietly moved the meeting site so the uprising can outlast him. Yasuie falsely takes the whole flyer plot as his own and is shot dead by Orochi's men after hiding away the new rendezvous point. A flashback shows him pardoning the Scabbards' theft out of sympathy for Oden's hardship. He says his goodbye to Toko before he drops. Hiyori then explains that Kaidou's SMILE fruits have left the Ebisu Town crowd physically incapable of expressing anything other than laughter. Jigokukamabuta Megatenpanchiro debuts within a flashback.

The broadcast piles on extra material, among it added lines as Ashura is found by Kin'emon and Inuarashi, a sparring flashback between Oden and Yasuie, Kin'emon working out Yasuie's intentions ahead of the fatal shot, and a tender memory of Yasuie with Toko, plus Orochi picturing Oden mocking him. Unlike the source, Luffy and Hyougoro no longer look bloated during the mourning, and the shooting itself is both censored and drawn out. This entry belongs to the Wano Country Arc.
