Fire Tank Pirates

This infamous rookie crew answers to Capone Bege. Born in the West Blue, they landed on Sabaody roughly when the Straw Hats did two years back, which places them within the Worst Generation. Once the timeskip passed, they briefly fell under Big Mom of the Four Emperors on Whole Cake Island, then formed a fleeting alliance with the Sanji Retrieval Team to end her life. The crew also headlines the cover story Oh My Family, which stars "Gang" Bege.

Their banner is a triangular caricature of Bege's cigar-clenching face under his signature hat, set against a three-towered castle bristling with cannons. The design nods to the Shiro Shiro no Mi, an ability that turns him into a living fortress. A combined T-and-F symbol serves as a second mark, and the members generally dress in suits and fedoras, resembling a stereotypical Italian mob, and they frequently charge out on horseback from inside the fortress body of their captain.

Marksmanship defines the whole crew, each member trained in coordinated volley fire and armed with weapons that range across revolvers, rifles, and even a prosthetic machine gun, rifles being the most common. Ambush is their trademark, hiding inside Bege's body before spilling out to encircle an unprepared enemy. They excel at stealth work as well, once disguising themselves as Big Mom's cooks to cut communications, seal the exits, and hide a mirror inside the wedding cake. As Bege himself put it, his crew simply overpowers opponents through raw military force.

Before they ever turned pirate, this group defeated four rival houses among the West Blue's five great mafia families, then cut a path through Paradise to reach Sabaody, and every scheme of Bege's had worked until the strike on Big Mom failed. Following the timeskip they became allies of Big Mom's crew, Bege made a Rook and handed charge of security for her Tea Party, a role he intended to abuse. Their fighters could pin the powerful mink Pekoms and could compel Devil Fruit users such as Charlotte Brulee and Diesel to wash and change clothes while remaining fully restrained.

Capone Bege leads the crew, alongside named hands such as Vito and Gotti, and later Charlotte Chiffon, Big Mom's twenty-second daughter, whose wedding to Bege cemented the initial alliance. Their first vessel, the Nostra Castello, carried a fortress theme with a castle where a cabin would be; tank treads were added during the timeskip, and it was ultimately set ablaze and wrecked off Funwari Island, after which the crew took a Tarte ship and, later still, a larger stolen one.

The crew began as a sprawling West Blue mafia, reckoned one of that sea's five great criminal families, until Bege tired of ruling and put out to sea with all of his men. On Whole Cake Island they attempted their most daring plan, teaming with Luffy to shoot Big Mom down during her daughter's wedding. It collapsed when the Emperor's scream set off their rockets prematurely and broke their escape mirror, obliging Bege to protect the alliance by turning into his colossal Big Father fortress. They battled clear of Totto Land, recovered Chiffon, and in the Oh My Family serial set out to find and rescue her twin sister Lola.
