Titled "The End," this closing chapter of the Wano arc has Yamato choose to explore Wano before sailing, Luffy entrust Momonosuke with the crew's flag, and a Flower Capital storyteller retell how Kaidou, Big Mom, and Orochi met their ends as the curtain falls.
Within the woods near Tokage Port, a dragon-form Momonosuke carries Kin'emon and Yamato and is startled to hear that Yamato will not yet leave with the Straw Hats. Yamato explains he wishes to walk Oden's path and roam all of Wano first, just as Oden did before going to sea. Furious that the crew told Yamato everything yet skipped a proper goodbye, Momonosuke recalls his life from his home's destruction by Kaidou through meeting Luffy, and he and Kin'emon vow to punish Luffy for the slight while Yamato calls them overdramatic.
At Tokage Port the three crews, those of the Straw Hats, the Heart Pirates, and Kid, ready to depart. Momonosuke reverts to human form and tackles Luffy, then tearfully begs him to stay, frightened of a future without him. Luffy instead throws him a flag bearing the Straw Hat mark that Usopp painted, reveals they had waited the whole time to hand it over, and tells Momonosuke to look at it in hard times, calling him a little brother. Momonosuke asks if he is now a crewmate, and Luffy confirms, promising to welcome him, Kin'emon, and Yamato aboard should they ever become pirates. As the Thousand Sunny sails, Momonosuke pledges to surpass his father one day.
Nami suggests leaving through the main port at Hakumai to avoid the waterfall, to Chopper and Brook's relief, but Kid mocks the safe route as cowardly, so all three crews plunge down the falls anyway. In the Flower Capital, a narrator recounts the Raid on Onigashima to a rapt audience, telling how the three captains felled the Dragon King Kaidou and O-Lin the Great Yokai, how Denjiro struck down Orochi after he attacked Hiyori, and how Hiyori answered Orochi's dying curse by declaring that Kurozumi, meaning charcoal, was born to burn. The arc ends with Momonosuke pondering where to hang the Straw Hats' flag.
For the time being, Yamato holds off on enlisting with the Straw Hats, choosing to travel Wano like Oden once did before going to sea, since he still knows little of what lies beyond Wano. The trio of Yamato, Kin'emon, and Momonosuke hurry after the departing crew, and on reaching Tokage Port a tearful Momonosuke thanks Luffy, who gives him the crew's flag and a pledge to come back should danger ever reach Wano, while leaving an open offer for the three to come aboard someday. Over the waterfall, the Straw Hat, Heart, and Kid crews depart Wano. At a Flower Capital theater, the schoolteacher recounts how Kaidou, Big Mom, and Orochi were brought down, confirming Orochi died in the battle and that Big Mom is now remembered as O-Lin the Great Yokai. This is the final chapter of the third act, the Wano Country Arc, and the Wano Country Saga as a whole.
