The Rocketman soars through the air and splashes into the sea, with the fifty-strong Franky Family trailing behind and hitching their boat to the Sea Train. Kokoro locates the rails she has tracked for years and works to latch on, then is startled to find Chimney and Gonbe perched at the front, having stowed away from Water 7. Once the pair are brought inside, Zoro remarks on the three Galley-La carpenters present: Paulie, Peepley Lulu, and Tilestone. Paulie says the attack on Iceburg made the fight personal for him, while the other two simply tagged along to learn who the enemy was.

Paulie names their foes, drawing stunned looks. Luffy declares that whatever grudges they held in town, their enemy is now shared, and that he will beat the "Pigeon Guy." Zoro adds they must cooperate until the captives are recovered. A representative from each faction links arms to seal the alliance just as the Aqua Laguna appears dead ahead and Nami's Den Den Mushi rings. Aboard the Puffing Tom, the fearsome-looking T Bone is shown to be a kind swordsman who covers a Marine's bug bite with his own cape, then learns the previous two cars have fallen and the prisoners are missing. On a carriage roof, Sanji, Franky, and Usopp report in to Nami.

The Rocketman is successfully fixed onto the rails, and Peepley Lulu and Tilestone join Paulie aboard. The three allied groups formally become allies. The cover continues the Goldenweek side story "The Isle of Giants, Thereafter," with Dorry and Brogy resuming their endless duel. The chapter belongs to the Water 7 Arc.
