Straw Hat Crew vs. Combat Weapon

Apoo joins the fray and momentarily knocks Kizaru down, seizing the chance to bolt. The Admiral recovers at once and floors Apoo, Drake, and Hawkins with ease. Kizaru is then shown on a Baby Den Den Mushi with Sentomaru, who urges him to capture Luffy, Law, and Kid quickly.

At Grove 12, the Straw Hats press their fight with the Kuma copy. Zoro, his wounds from the real Kuma still unhealed, is knocked out, and Chopper lands a Roseo Metel. As the machine moves on Chopper, Franky strikes with Strong Hammer and Franky Boxing, only to be punched away, with Robin catching him via Spider Net. Brook's aerial Swallow Bond En Avant glances off the Pacifista's tough skin, and Usopp's Atlas Suisei barely saves him from a beam.

When the Pacifista targets Nami, Robin clamps its mouth shut with Ochenta Fleur, forcing it to fire the blast down its own throat and giving Nami an opening for Thunder Lance Tempo. The hit only enrages the copy, which goes berserk. Zoro tells Sanji to drive it toward him; Sanji's Diable Jambe Flambage Shoot kicks it across to Zoro, who answers with Asura Makyusen. Luffy then shifts into Gear 3 and finishes with Gigant Rifle as the chapter closes.

The cover continues CP9's Independent Report, introducing the Candy Pirates menacing the people of St. Poplar. The chapter has Kizaru dispatch Hawkins, Drake, Urouge, and Apoo, underscoring the gulf between rookie and Admiral, while the Straw Hats need every member working in concert just to topple a single Pacifista.
