Mocha

With the petrifying gas leaking into the Biscuits Room, an injured Zoro lifts Tashigi over his shoulder to catch up to the others, drawing her loud objections, though she soon forgets her anger upon spotting his blade Shusui. Elsewhere, Chopper, Nami, and Robin work to sedate the rampaging children one by one so they cannot reach Mocha. A cluster of them slips past the crew and corners her, grabbing for the candy. Out of options, Mocha crams the whole batch into her mouth and, despite Chopper's cries, swallows it all.

A flashback returns to the moment Chopper warned her that Caesar's deception would doom every child before adulthood. Steeled by the truth and his promise to save her, Mocha had vowed to guard the candy at any cost. In the present, the overdose makes her cough up blood. The other children freeze, and as the crew rushes to her, Sanji and the G-5 medics arrive to subdue the rest and carry Mocha to an exam room.

Shinokuni begins flooding the Biscuits Room as Zoro and Tashigi escape. Nami debuts a new technique called Milky Ball. Mocha swallows the full bag of NHC10 to deny it to the others and collapses, vomiting blood. The G-5 medical team joins Chopper to capture, restrain, and sedate the children. Roughly ten minutes remain before the gas fills Building B.

In a separate thread, Luffy and Momonosuke climb out of a garbage chute onto the first floor of Building C, with the unconscious boy now carried by Luffy. Seizing a guard, Luffy demands Caesar's whereabouts, learns the scientist is in Building R, and immediately races off to find him.

The title simply names Mocha, the chapter's heart. Its cover advances the Caribou serial, his ship caught in towering waves that force him onto a tiny lifeboat. Caesar features only in flashback, where his exploitation of the children is laid bare.
