Chapter 803

Docking beside the Thousand Sunny at the base of the elephant, the Going Luffy-senpai sets off a fit of joy in Bartolomeo, who worships the rival vessel until Zoro and Usopp lose patience. After boarding their own ship, Luffy's party finds it empty and readies to head ashore. Tearful and proud, the Barto Club bids farewell, pledging loyal service to the Straw Hat Grand Fleet. Kanjuro then draws his "Climbing Dragon," a beast that looks like anything but one, and tells the group to cling to its back as it grips the towering leg and begins its ascent.

From the Baltigo base, Dragon learns that rebellions everywhere are succeeding and weighs how Doflamingo's collapse has shaken nations dependent on smuggled arms. Koala reports that the Dressrosa haul contains Liquor Iron Ore, a scarce mineral worked by only a handful of countries and a thread leading to the makers. Dragon directs her to fetch Sabo and assemble every Revolutionary commander. Aboard the Blackbeard fleet, Laffitte fields a call from Jesus Burgess, who stowed away to a ship and has pinpointed the rebel headquarters, urging an attack on the arms cache. Far off at Karai Bari Island, Buggy's mercenary outfit toasts its surging trade after Doflamingo's fall, until Mohji breaks the news that Hajrudin and four fellow giants have all walked out. Higher up the leg, Luffy asks the samurai why they came, and Kanjuro names their lost ally, the ninja Raizo, just as Robin notices something dropping from above.

Luffy's group splits from the Barto Club once the Thousand Sunny turns up. A wave of returning faces reappears for the first time since the timeskip: the Revolutionary leader Dragon, the Blackbeard officers Laffitte and Shiryu, and the Buggy crew of Mohji, Galdino, Cabaji, Richie, and Alvida. Liquor Iron Ore in the stolen Dressrosa weapons is mined by few nations, and Dragon summons all Revolutionary leaders together. The Blackbeard Pirates Fleet appears, Burgess having located the base, and Hajrudin's band of giants is shown to have been S-Class within the Pirate Dispatch Organization before joining the Grand Fleet. The two samurai reveal that their separated comrade is a ninja by the name of Raizo.
