Chapter 826

The cloaked man the rescue party spotted on the enormous Germa 66 vessel finally shows his face. He is not the cook they came for but Vinsmoke Yonji, a younger sibling of Sanji, and his arrogant manner makes the crew doubt the two are even related. When Chopper pleads for a cure to Luffy's poisoning, Yonji mockingly tells them to raid the ship for it. Before any fight can start, a woman boots Yonji overboard and lands on the Sunny's deck.

This is Vinsmoke Reiju, the elder Vinsmoke daughter, who apologizes for her brother's rudeness. Examining the failing Luffy, she identifies the poison from a fish he swallowed and announces it happens to be a treat she enjoys. Pressing her lips to his, she draws the toxin out of his body and into her own, the rash visibly migrating across until his skin clears and he wakes with no memory of the ordeal. Below the surface, Aladine quietly confirms to Jinbe that Luffy is aboard.

Reiju shares fragments of Vinsmoke history: they once governed all of the North Blue through military force, and though they hold no land now, their noble standing still earns them a seat at the Levely. She also recounts how Sanji slipped away from the family as a boy, how their father's botched manhunt led the Marines to chase Duval by mistake, and how he later forced Sanji's bounty to read "Only Alive". After thanking the Straw Hats, she rejoins Yonji and the two Vinsmokes agree to keep the meeting secret to avoid endangering the wedding before sailing off.

The chapter marks the first post-timeskip glimpse of Dracule Mihawk and reveals Perona living on Kuraigana Island, both on the cover. It introduces Yonji and Reiju, with the title "0 and 4" nodding to the numbers buried in their names. It also establishes that Luffy remains vulnerable to poison, that Big Mom covets the Vinsmoke alliance for Germa's technology, and that Aladine is active again and reporting to Jinbe.
